Annuleringen: Klanten dienen minimaal 24 uur van tevoren annuleringen of verplaatsingen door te geven. Indien dit niet gebeurt, kan er een annuleringsvergoeding in rekening worden gebracht.
Restituties: Verrichte diensten zijn niet-restitueerbaar. Restituties zijn alleen van toepassing bij bewezen nalatigheid of fout van de kant van Goodphoria Laser Treatments.
